Colonel Richard Kemp CBE is a retired British Army officer who served from 1977 to 2006. He was Commander of Operation Fingal in Afghanistan from July to November 2003. He was an infantry battalion Commanding Officer, worked for the Joint Intelligence Committee and COBR as well as completing 14 operational tours of duty around the globe.
A popular and regular visitor to JFS, Colonel Kemp came to speak to our Politics Society this week about the Cabinet Office Briefing Rooms as well as addressing our Year 13 students about the relationship between Britain and Israel.
