James Onona and Benjy Moss both took a couple of hours out of their A Level revision to visit Buckingham Palace and meet Princess Beatrice in recognition of completing their D of E Gold award.
In order to achieve this they had to complete expeditions, learn new skills, do physical activities and most importantly, volunteer (a minimum of 12 months for Gold but at least 21 months over the three years). Benjy completed his volunteering in school and James as a young leader of a Jewish Youth Group.

We congratulate both students with this great achievement and for bringing light and honour to themselves as well as our school.
