Jonah Marks in Year 11 recently came 13th in his age category, and was the second Brit, in the European Triathlon competition in Valencia.

His next challenge is the World Duathlon Championships back in Spain in November, while also training hard to be part of the British Triathlon Development Squad – the first step on the long road towards possibly becoming an elite athlete.
