Jonah Marks in Year 11 has won the Hillingdon Duathlon. It is a race he has been taking part in since he was 8 years old and a good opener ahead of the British Triathlon Performance Assessment Weekend next week. That will determine whether he has qualified to race at an elite national level for his age – his next step towards hopefully becoming an elite GB triathlete.
He lead from the front and increased that lead throughout the race. He ran 2km in just over six minutes and made the second run look just as easy as the first.
Well done Jonah, we are cheering you on!
