GCSE and A Level Drama students went to see Cabaret yesterday as part of their Drama course. They need to write about a live production they have seen, commenting on: staging, costume, physicality, movement, practitioner influence and voice. Cabaret embodies all of the criteria they need to write about, WWII context is already known by the students and the play in its entirety was well received by our students.
