Year 12 student, Zoe Burr, has recently won a Maths (Under 18) essay competition run by Oxford University, with the title ‘The Music of Maths’. The idea behind the competition is to give students experience in communicating complex ideas in an understandable manner, and to encourage them to engage with maths beyond the classroom.
