A Level PE Day with the Human Performance Unit Team at Essex University!

Our A Level PE students from JFS had an awesome day at Essex University’s Human Performance Unit! They faced some tough fitness tests, including the gruelling Wingate test, gaining an insight into what it takes to be an elite athlete.

From measuring power to assessing strength, our students put in the work and learned valuable lessons about sports science.  But that’s not all. They also got a feel for life on a university campus, giving them a taste of what’s to come!
