The Year 9 boys’ football team played an excellent game against a strong Chadwell Heath Academy team all the way from Essex.
Both teams scored early goals and then continued to push the pace, looking for the breakthrough goal. After a penalty save in the first half from Tommy Canter, JFS looked the stronger of the two sides.
The game finished 2-2, which took the game to penalties, with JFS winning after scoring some excellent goals from the spot. Perhaps Spain could take some lessons from our boys.
