As a part of whole school literacy, staff are encouraging students to discuss with them what they are currently reading. Many staff members around school have put posters up on their doors/offices showing what they are reading. Here are a few… happy reading!
Today some of our Year 9 students took part in a special Mitzvah Day ‘Lunch & Do’ session. The students packed over 100 Chanukah gift bags for residents living in Jewish Care homes.
Over 50 dedicated Sixth Form students started the new paired reading scheme with students from across Years 7 and 8. This scheme takes place twice a week and it has been a pleasure to see them all working so well together.
Last Sunday was Mitzvah Day, so this week in JFS JiEP have been running their own Mitzvah week activities.
